So this is similar to the follow camera type, we make a blueprint of type actor. It has a camera component.
In the Blueprint Event Graph make 3 public variables for an offset in X, Y, Z
and Make a public variable of type actor for the target we want to chase.
Hook it all up like this image, and drop it into the level, near to your target.
In the Details panel in the level, under default set the Chase Target, by using the eyedropper and selecting in the viewport.
In the level blueprint set this camera to be the default camera like this tip here.
Test it with the Play In New Editor Window. If it’s to near or far away from the target then tweak the offsets under Defaults in the details window.
